The app supports diverse personalized creation features, including pet-portrait synthesis, various virtual hairstyle and hair color previews, and image-to-video conversion, allowing users to create customized and warm creative works with simple operations.
Hirmod provides a simple and efficient creative workflow and local content management system. All generated portraits and videos are saved in the in-app Records module, supporting preview, local saving, sharing, deletion, secondary video conversion and batch management, allowing users to fully manage personal creative works independently.
Hirmod is a paid application. All AI portrait and video generation functions require in-app coin consumption for all users, including subscribed members, and subscriptions do not support unlimited free generation. Users can purchase coin packs and auto-renewable subscription plans via Apple In-App Purchase. All pricing and subscription rules are clearly displayed before payment. Subscribed users can enjoy exclusive benefits including bonus coins, full gallery saving access and priority customer support.
Users shall use Hirmod for legal, positive and non-commercial personal creation, and only upload legally authorized personal portraits and pet materials. It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate, save or disseminate pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal and any inappropriate harmful content. Users take full responsibility for all uploaded materials and generated creative works.
Hirmod requires no account registration, login or personal information binding of any kind, enabling completely anonymous usage for all users without collecting any private personal data. All core creative procedures including pet portrait synthesis, hairstyle fitting, hair color rendering, picture detail optimization and image-to-video dynamic conversion are independently completed by Hirmod's self-developed AI system. The application never accesses, invokes, relies on or cooperates with any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers, external rendering platforms and other third-party technical services throughout the entire running process. Hirmod will never upload, transmit, synchronize, forward or share users' original portrait photos, pet images, personalized style parameter settings, temporary cache files and finished creative works with any external servers, network platforms and third-party institutions. We implement a strict permanent zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data. Our self-developed AI technology only performs overall picture style optimization, scene fusion and virtual decorative effect superposition, and never conducts facial detection, facial recognition, facial feature analysis, biometric scanning and identity identification of users. We do not collect, record, store or analyze users' facial contour features, facial key points and any biometric information, and will never build user facial databases. All user uploaded materials are only used to complete the single creative task actively initiated by the user, and will not be cached, retained or reused for any other purposes. All creative functions, in-app coin purchase services and auto-renewable subscription membership services provided by Hirmod are exclusively available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are qualified to download, install and use all functions and paid services of this application. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing and using Hirmod and all its internal creative services in any form.
All technical computing, image processing, scene fusion, hairstyle rendering, color calibration and video dynamic generation technologies of Hirmod are independently researched, developed, operated and maintained by our official technical team. The whole data calculation and creative processing process runs independently locally, without any participation, assistance or intervention from third-party technical service providers. No user original materials, creative parameter data and finished work data will be transmitted to external networks and third-party servers, ensuring full data independence and absolute privacy security for every user's creation.
Hirmod always adheres to the highest standard of user facial privacy protection and strictly implements zero-collection, zero-analysis and zero-storage rules for all user facial and biometric information. The app's AI generation mechanism only optimizes the overall visual effect of the picture and superimposes virtual hairstyle and scene effects, and has no function of identifying, analyzing and recording user facial features. There is no facial data collection module and biometric identification program built into the application. We will never obtain, record or store any user facial privacy information, and completely isolate all possible privacy leakage risks, fully protecting users' personal portrait data security and privacy rights.
Users shall use Hirmod's creative functions for positive, healthy and compliant personal non-commercial creation. Any behavior of using this application to produce and spread illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory and other harmful inappropriate content is not allowed. We have the right to restrict or terminate user usage qualifications if any irregular usage behaviors are found.
We reserve the right to appropriately adjust and update this Privacy Policy according to product function iteration and service optimization. Updated clauses will be released on the in-app Settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the app after policy updates means recognition and acceptance of the new terms. All updates will never change our core commitments of anonymous usage, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
